Compression Results1 for Hurricane Hugo

 
 

The following images are for the Hurricane Hugo model. The method used was linear prediction, with  3 ancestors, and values were quantized BEFORE linear prediction. (A) is the original Hurricane Hugo model, while (B)-(F) are its 8-16-bit counterparts.  The orginal Hugo model is 147,466 bytes, while the compression ratios are below their respective image.
